All-in-all a good experience I was looking for a used car to replace my current vehicle which was too under powered for my needs. I had settled on two specific cars, one of which was a Sonata. My sales rep was Kara King who was fantastic. She did everything she could to help me out and always made me feel like she was on my side. We did have an unfortunate experience with a more senior sales manager but Kara pulled through and once more did everything she could to help me out. I would 100% recommend her to anyone. Not only was she knowledgeable about the product by she was personable and fun. I walked away with a great car I can be proud of. More
