For the most part, I am not satisfied with their service, I doubt I'll buy another car here. I bought Elantra 2015 a year ago at so called 0%. First of all, the sale person even did not know about the exact features of the car. The color I wanted was not in the stock, so they ordered it from the other location. The delivery was not made at the promised time. It got late more than a week. Their biggest trick is 0%. In reality, 0% does not exist. You pay all the interest at the front. I am pretty sure their rate is very high compared to other dealers in the city. I had no idea about until I had some visits to get some appraisals for trade-in. The discounts that show on the website are also fake. The price is fixed even though if you are wiling to pay a good amount of cash amount at the front. The manager is only nice if you buy a new vehicle through financing it. They don't offer good discounts even at the total cash compared to other dealers nearby. I had three services so far. It was economical up to two, and i decided to go for the third time as well. They charged an extra store service fee on top of labor. Worst team , worst sales manager ,Liers . ,SCAMMERS. DONT TRUST ANY OF THEM .Dont finance from them .they make big margins and please never leave money to hold ,if you guys do that .You are screwed More
