Archna was great in following up with me every few weeks until December when I finally got what I needed. I also visited Precision Hyundai and found the experience there very mediocre, the salesman there was actually a mechanical engineer doing sales due to the oil & gas industry downturn. I felt pressured over there and it confirmed for me that Archna was the right person to go to from the beginning! She and her team were super helpful, absolutely felt no pressure to walk out of there with a vehicle or to walk out of there with more options than were necessary for me. Thomas and Candace were awesome to deal with as well. They met me in the middle with the kind of payments I was looking for and it worked out great. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai in the future. More

Appreciate the no pressure approach I love the fact that I was able to call ahead for a test drive, it was warmed up and ready for me when I arrived and the sale man gave me the choice I love the fact that I was able to call ahead for a test drive, it was warmed up and ready for me when I arrived and the sale man gave me the choice of taking it on my own or have him acompany me. After test driving the vehicle on my own he asked how I enjoyed the ride and if I had any questions. Absolutely no pressure. We chit chatted a bit and then I was on my way. After test driving a few more vehicles and dealing with a few high pressure arrogant sales men I made my way back to Lonnie and made my purchase. Best experience I've had with a car purchase and believe me I've had a few. I recommend Calgary Hyundai to anyone in the market for a new car. Also, Candace in financing was quite helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I understood what every document was about and where every dollar was going. Thanks for the great experience! More

One of them is in Montreal (QC) and the other one is Calgary Hyundai. The friendliness of the personnel, the effort they are doing to satisfy the customer, the competitive pricing, these are just some of the things they are doing an excellent job. Of course they are humans and they might do mistakes, but even in this case they went beyond my expectations to keep me satisfied. They didn't put pressure on me to buy, they presented me the options, they allowed me to change my mind about what car I want and finally they offered me the best deal. Overall my whole buying experience of a new car and trade-in my old car was made easy. If you are thinking to buy a Hyundai, I highly recommend you to speak with Lonnie or Dan! More
