Hello Mrs. Brennan, I'm not hiding my surprise: 2 months to answer my complaint and your answer is incomplete... my car purchase in your dealership will remain the worst of my life and you don't help to make things better. I therefore invite you to contact me again when you will have read the totality of my dissatisfaction (see below).In the meantime, LF Email sent on october the 26th, to Nick Crain (who work with you): Hello Nick,Finally, I'm giving you my feedback today regarding my purchase of a vehicle at your dealership, because I have more time today than tomorrow, on Monday.To be clear, I am not at all satisfied with my experience. Not at all. I am not angry, but I am deeply disappointed.In order to give you an objective feedback, here are the strong points and what I didn't like about my experience : 1) Strong points: - I was able to buy my vehicle remotely, without having to travel. I did all the formalities by phone and email, it was easy; - The people I talked to, both on the phone and by email, were all very nice, especially Matt and Wendy. 2) Negative points : - In order to take advantage of a $1000 rebate, I took out a credit to buy my new car, which I absolutely didn't need, since I could pay for it directly. However, as explained to Matt and Wendy, I was looking for the best final price and going on credit and paying it back early was the best solution for me. Even though I work in a financial institution, I am very familiar with the mechanics of credit since it is part of my job, and I have an excellent credit bureau since I have a good salary and no debt, my credit application took three days and about 15 emails to be processed. The reason is simply that your team first offered me a rate of 3.99%, before telling me that I couldn't benefit from it because the amount of my loan was too low! More precisely, my new car cost 27400$, you took back the old one 15000$, so the credit I had to make was the difference, that is to say 12400$. Below 20,000$, the rate was 5.99% this time. Then, I proposed to Wendy to make me a loan of 20000$, to pay back in a few days the overpayment, that is to say 7600$ (20000-12400), so that I could have a lower rate. Wendy was thrilled with this solution, but who knows how, with this solution, I didn't fall back on the $12400 I owed. Wendy re-calculated for 2 days to tell me that if I made a loan of $20,000, you would give me back $6600, and that I would have $13,400 left in financing and not $12400. This solution and these calculations are the most ridiculous in the world because the savings of 1000$ that I was making by financing disappeared completely! After spending 2 days arguing with Wendy who obviously didn't know her calculations, I finally gave up, asking only $12400 at the rate she wanted, tired of spending so much energy for so little in the end... - Earlier in the vehicle negotiations, Brianna had told me that it would be possible to have my vehicle delivered to my home (I live in Riviere-Verte, 1H40 from Woodstock). Since in the end I didn't have any problems with the loan rate, I had also asked Wendy if I could have the vehicle delivered with a full tank of gas, which she confirmed without delay. We therefore made an appointment for a home delivery on Friday at 6 pm.There, my disappointment and my surprise were total!!! My vehicle arrived at... 4:30 pm, at the time it should have left your home! Moreover, the vehicle arrived here while driving!!!! To be clearer, I was thinking of buying a vehicle with 20 km on the odometer and a full tank of gas: in the end, I find myself with a vehicle of 187 km on the odometer (since it drove all the way!) and with the ¾ full tank of gas!!!! I've never seen anything like this in my whole life: the reason I asked for a delivery was to avoid if possible to drive miles for nothing, between Woodstock and my home (as if I had bought my car next door). If I asked for a delivery at 6 pm and not before, it's because I'm working from home, my last appointment of the day was at 4:45pm, my wife finishes work at 5 pm and she has 40 minutes drive home (she mainly uses our only car). So she should have been there at 5:40 pm, my car arriving at 6 pm, everything was perfect.In the end, the car having arrived at 4:30 pm, I couldn't take my last appointment of the day (I wasn't going to let your driver wait in the car, in my yard during all this time), I called my wife in emergency who left her job 30 minutes early, in order to be there earlier because of all these approximations! So, what's the point of making an appointment with such time management? Why didn't you tell me that my car would be arriving on a truck or trailer? It seems to me that when you buy a new car, it's a pleasure to drive even the first few kilometers of the vehicle, to discover it... there, it was done by someone else, without my knowledge. If I had known this was your way of doing things, we would have organized our Friday and we would have come directly to pick up the car at the end of the day! - Finally, and this is the last point, the driver of the car, although very nice, spent between 1H30 and 2H on board, without mask and without disinfecting it after use! Is this normal? Is the covid just a myth here or a joke? I am shocked by this way of doing things. No barriers, no precautions, NOTHING. That's Nick, you know all about my frustration. As I told you at the beginning, I'm not angry, I don't have any hard feelings: I'm just very disappointed, disappointed with my experience, disappointed with such slowness and such a level of amateurism in terms of service in your dealership.You therefore have before you the review that I am ready to publish as you ask me. My experience is worth no more than 2 stars out of 5, maximum. Being an honest and respectful person, I prefer to write to you first, rather than publish my opinion like that and then you find out.So, I don't know what you can/will do to improve my experience with your company, but I am available to talk about it if needed. Email is easiest for me this Monday because my day is busy.I look forward to hearing from you,Yours sincerely,
