We worked with Colin/Lurera (sorry about spelling) as well as Paul, the selection of vehicles was outstanding the no pressure sales approach was very comfortable and we had a budget as seniors and Colin well as Paul, the selection of vehicles was outstanding the no pressure sales approach was very comfortable and we had a budget as seniors and Colin met exactly!! I wanted to make an apt for 1pm or later to bring my work truck into shop for repair. The advisor told me that I could make an appointment however. THEY DO NOT DIAGONSE any vehicles after 11am. what is the p truck into shop for repair. The advisor told me that I could make an appointment however. THEY DO NOT DIAGONSE any vehicles after 11am. what is the purpose of having any appointments after 11am if they do not diagnose after 11am? Just wasting time peoples time. I ended up taking my truck to another dealership which does look at the car when you make an appointment. I called to get my previous invoice, and was given a total run around. They wanted to me send over my DL plus the registry of the vehicle. Given that the truck was at wolf gmc dealership i didn't have access to the registration I made the suggestion to have them send the invoice directly to Wolf. Then it would dealership to dealership. I was left on hold for over 15 mins as i had to call back to confirm the email was sent. Nobody bothered to confirm that it was sent. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. More

Colin frank cool guy. Friendly. But Home of the $1000 documentation fee which pissed me off. Got a 2018 sierra with 5k down and noticed the $1000 fee! Crazy!! To shuffle Friendly. But Home of the $1000 documentation fee which pissed me off. Got a 2018 sierra with 5k down and noticed the $1000 fee! Crazy!! To shuffle papers and make calls etc.. truck had horrible smoke smell. Was told to just buy a smoke bomb to rid of the smell from a sales guy. Made many calls left messages with no call backs. Finally had a call and was told they will get back to me to "work something out" it's been few months now. Definitely got the feeling of being rushed off the lot once took possession. My siblings wanted a new vehicle from this dealership and I told them to go elsewhere. They act like they are your friend and doing favors and banks owe a favor to make a deal go through. They said they cleaned the truck. I put a gum wrapper in the cup holder with a muffin wrapper when I took it for test drive and it was still there next day. The truck smelled like caked in smoke. Took truck home did a detail and every cloth was yellow and greasy. Whatever reasy sponge they use to make interior look new is clever. I baught $60 worth of smoke bombs to rid of the smell. It's unfortunate because I had high hopes for my next truck from a large dealership. Maybe will consider a second try in time when I need a Brand new truck. More

Have a 2020 Denali. Bought it new. Transmission went in Calgary. 105000 kms. Hardly broke in as far as I’m concerned. Repair under warranty. No parts for months and they Bought it new. Transmission went in Calgary. 105000 kms. Hardly broke in as far as I’m concerned. Repair under warranty. No parts for months and they gave me a rental vehicle. Here’s the catch. Told me my rental was good until repair done. Then called me in Edmonton where I live amd said they only cover for 5 days. Called Gmc customer care and spoke to a lady in the Inited States. they said I had to pay for rental myself. Now I have to return the vehicle, pay the lease payments and rent a vehicle at my cost because their top of the line truck could not last for 2 1/2 years. They don’t have any parts to fix it in North America according to the service rep JOn Silva. Goes to show you that GMC cares nothing once the sales are made and they also told me that I had to pay 1300 dollars to replace leaking engine oil coolant lines as they would not cover them under warranty. Said wear and tear item at 105000 kms. I will continue to speak out on this as they didn’t mind taking my lease payments. This is more of a review against GMC customer care and the culture as a whole. Nothing like looking after your customers. Especially in these times. More

DAYO has verbally agreed to sell me a RST Tahoe. I had paid my $500.00 deposit and was waiting now on the production of the vehicle to commence. DAYO and his colleagues did not discuss with me that they a paid my $500.00 deposit and was waiting now on the production of the vehicle to commence. DAYO and his colleagues did not discuss with me that they are not going to sell me the car- I found out a 2weeks later when I was checking up. They used the “I needed to trade a vehicle in” card to why they are refusing to sell me the RST. The truth of the matter is, I was using a preferred pricing discount (as to the company I work for had already negotiated with the dealership on their employees behalf) so they did not want to sell me a vehicle for the discounted price. Awful service, horrible customer experience would not recommend. More

Staff are nice and very welcoming. The place is clean and presentable. If they make a mistake they will try at their best to fix it and get a happy customer out the door. Above all I have dealt with them sin presentable. If they make a mistake they will try at their best to fix it and get a happy customer out the door. Above all I have dealt with them since 2019 . Philip was my car dealer and he was an amazing car sales person who explained and thrived for me to get the best . This year 2022 while trying to change my vehicle a few things went sideways but I am glad to say they have tried their best on fixing the problem. I would definitely come back but deal with Philip. More
