I left with not only a brand new beautiful vehicle, perfect for me, but also knowing every last detail about this car and any information I needed to know about the dealership for future maintenance and repairs on my new car! I would recommend this dealership to anyone, I have already started spreading the word, and am trying to switch friends to GM products! ;) I ended up at CMP by accident, but I feel like it was meant to be because I have never been more happy and satisfied with an automobile purchase and I feel like your salesman is the most important part in giving you ongoing confidence and safety in the vehicles you purchase. what an unpleasant surprise I bought a car last December but the surprise just came out last week when i tried to apply to a mortgage at my bank and found out that CMP ran my cre I bought a car last December but the surprise just came out last week when i tried to apply to a mortgage at my bank and found out that CMP ran my credit eight times without my authorization and without telling me any of what they were doing in my back to "get" approved it's a shame how this people doesn't care about anything but sell you a car no matter what, now i'm paying the consequences i'm stuck in a rental house until i can improve my credit thanks to what they did with my credit, please be careful if you're not sure don't make any business before knowing how things are handle by these guys. More

Bought my trade in to be appraised as they would not give me a price over the the phone. Met Christian and took a test drive. He answered all my questions and is a nice guy. I was looking for a luxury package with navigation the price I was quoted by Philip for the sticker price $55015 with my trade in and through the lease program was $38946.53. I phoned Edmonton Motors and talked to Kelly Wilson who was great. Ended up buying a 2015 SRX with premium package sticker price $59350 for $34420 same trade in and through the lease program. All this was done over the phone. CMP has lost a customer! More

He did not pressure me whatsoever in making this purchase and was quite adamant that I was ok with everything before moving ahead. Blaine got me a great deal on a great truck which I am sure will last me for many years. Extremely satisfied with the way he performed his job. Very customer focused an a pleasure to deal with. Fantastic Deal and Awesome Service Nowadays it is rare to find such exceptional customer service as we received at CMP Auto. We first tried to make a deal at Shaganappi GM because it was close to our home, but after receiving such poor treatment, salesman's broken promises and poor attitude, in frustration we looked for somewhere else to get our new car and found CMP Auto by accident. We arrived on a Friday night after closing time but Philip Dagodog, welcomed us into the showroom. I was prepared to leave and come back during business hours, but Philip introduced himself as the Sales Manager and said "no problem...we are happy to help you", and introduced us to Salesman Norman Burgos, who was also very gracious and welcoming. We told them what we wanted and not only did they substantially beat the price at Shaganappi GM, they provided us with a beautiful rental vehicle when we quickly sold our car. They included extras like floormats, and gave us an excellent deal on paint protection and other items we wanted. The professionalism, courtesy, patience and follow-up we've received from this dealership was absolutely outstanding. We haven't experienced anything like this in our 50 years of buying cars! For anyone in the market for a car, you would be crazy not to visit Norman Burgos (403-207-1027) at CMP Auto. Dishonest I purchased a new truck from Cmp, and while the the sales department got the job done, the finance department was pushy and dishonest. They try to push all the protection packages on to you, and then in the end from what I have found out didn't even do some! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND CMP AUTO for this reason, they can't be trusted! Either that or make sure you have them write out and physically sign a document that says what exactly is to be done, and have them prove it before you take possession. More
