CMP!! I went in to look for a truck on a Friday afternoon and by Monday morning I was driving home in my dream truck for a lot less then expected. He showed me how to use all the fancy new features on my truck, broke everything down into baby steps for me, and checked in with me later on to see how I was liking everything.
