Had a service appointment for 9am arrived at dealership at 8.50 am checked vehicle in with Erika for driver assist system service code was told they needed vehicle for entire day reason being according to at 8.50 am checked vehicle in with Erika for driver assist system service code was told they needed vehicle for entire day reason being according to her only diesel mechanics were only allowed to work on diesel vehicles even though the problem was not engine related makes no sense but I gave her the benefit of doubt that I have she said that she would keep me updated as to the progress of the repairs at 10.45 she sent a message that the vehicle was just brought into the shop at 11.15 another message appeared stating that the repairs required to fix the problem that they had the parts but wanted the vehicle to remain on site for an extra 2 days because they didn’t have time to make the repairs when questioned about why it took so long to get into shop after having a 9 am appointment she replied the appointment time is to see an advisor not to get repairs completed or even started according to her this is common practice for all dealerships needless to say I pulled my vehicle out of shop they lost a thirteen hundred dollar repair cost and being a long time customer at this dealership I am not confident that I will return or recommend their service department More
I have very bad experience with CMP automotive service department. (The cost of coolent is $40 to $65 . But this CMP service team Katherine & manager charges me $500 ). I had a coolant leaking problem , engine light on and the car fan was keep running. When I visited in the CMP automotive service. The attendant was Katherine Schmidt. She noted my all the problems & she make 3 different kind bills before enter the vehicle, the total cost was $700 (each $250). When I explain I can’t pay these much without checks, then she said our machine department will check everything & the cost could be less if there problem will be less. you have to leave your vehicle.next day she call me & said the problem in coolent, the cost will $250 for coolant and our diagnostic charges is $267 . The cost will be $517 . I said if you can make any Discount please do . Still the cost is high $517 , even the only coolent problem. Then she make an amount $503 as in the bills. Finally when I took my car on Friday evening & then I started in the morning the problem was same , the fan sound was keep running, after open the bonet coolant was leaking, engine light. When I visited again in CMP SERVICE department. Katherine was not there on Saturday. Other services man told sir our machines & Katherine is not available today. You have leave you vehicle here . She will check on Monday. Then I left my car again. On Monday Even she didn’t call me until 11:30am When I call to her regarding my vehicle , then she told me we will charge $260 for diagnose fee again , even they have fault, I explained to her Mam it was same problem, even I pay already $500 . She said no , this is our policy to recheck the problem need to change again $260. She said our machine will give again time to check. Then I said what about my time 4 days let my vehicle in your machine, still not to fix ,same problem , even you guys charge $500 . Which I paid already. Then she said if there will be same problem we will no charge, if there will be new problems then we will charge, then I said you can hear the fan sound , leaking oil and engine light. The problem is same , why you guys try to find another problem even not fix the 1st problem, why I should pay again machine fee $260 . She said it’s our policy. Then I talk with machine department manager, he is also same useless person rather the solution or solving the problem. I don’t have below 0 graid. So I can give to service manager and understand the customer problem. The cost of coolent is $40 to $65 . But this CMP service department Katherine & manager charges me $500 . You guys can review in the bills , what they done or not . I’m thinking about the mechanic what they check in my vehicle even the problem was same. And they are agree to recheck , instead Katherine & manager said will charge services fess. For what I should I pay again. I told them I already pay $500 , even my Vichle still same problem. Finally I took my vehicle without they fix the problem in car & lost $500. I said thanks 1st and last visit in CMP Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC 1313 , 36 street N.E. More

Shopping for a vehicle is daunting, especially the compact SUV market. After some research I decided to have a look at a 2025 SUV listed on their website in a colour I was interested in. After getting there, of course it was sold..so was that vehicle just being used as a decoy??? Not sure but guessing so. The story I got was 'iffy' at best. So after trying all the standard sales lines on me (including trying to get me into a more expensive trim level) I was not ready to buy that day and felt dismissed. He asked me nothing about myself.....it was clear he only wanted a sale. Bottom line...go to a dealership where the salesperson actually cares about your needs. Don't be intimidated! Not that these Sales Manager cares but thought I should voice my opinion. I may even post this on Google Reviews to reach more readers. More

I was told I bought All Weather tires, they’re actually all season. His brother got two sets of my tires, I got garbage from them. All liars and scammers. Went to see about a used car which was unfortunately sold. Saw it online 12 days later and thought it was still available because the original sale fell through. They said they tried to call me to cancel, but i had no missed calls. They they pivoted to it must have been the wrong number...but the appointment was confirmed with text messages. Don't know if it's incompetence or dishonesty, either of which is bad. More
Cmp convinced me to put down a deposit to hold a vehicle for me to come look at the next weekend. I had said I was fine just waiting and hoping that it would be still available. A few days before I was set to go test drive it one of their salesmen called and claimed it was vandalized and therefore no longer available. I was suspicious, so had a friend call and inquir about it. My suspicions were correct. They sold it to someone else despite having the deposit. They told me they would refund my deposit and I would have proof sent to me that day. They then ceased communication, ignoring all texts calls and emails from me. More
