The entire experience was hassle free and the price for the vehicle I purchased was about $2000 less than other dealers (for the same year and equivalent mileage). More

Mediocre experience For starters, the first salesman to approach would not speak to me directly. My husband told him twice that "the lady" was buying a car, but was still For starters, the first salesman to approach would not speak to me directly. My husband told him twice that "the lady" was buying a car, but was still handed a business card and I was ignored. I should have walked then and there. I wanted to see 3 cars. Flagged down a young man, Matt, and asked for keys. He was not quick, but got the job done. I crawled through all of them and decided to drive one. Nissan uses a CVT, I was not instructed how this might go, and when I got back, Matt didn't know about it either. Not helpful, because if I hadn't pulled over to read the manual, I would have thought the transmission was broken. I chose to purchase the car. He brings me to do the financials. Confusing at best, slightly painful, but we got it done. I tell Matt: there are 3 different tires on the vehicle which won't pass a safety, and I'd like to pick it up as soon as possible. It's Saturday. Wednesday morning I got a call that the mechanic had to order tires. (Really!?) why were they not ordered Monday? That evening I had to stop there for some reason or another, and when we pulled out, we were behind the car I had just paid for, being driven in the rain like a drunkard was behind the wheel. No signals, speeding on the highway (oh yes I followed it!) After about 2km, we lost it. Picked the car up Thursday. Seemed like a long time, but I wouldn't really know. Happy enough with the purchase, but didn't fall in love. I got service, but it was not stellar. Matt is young, green. Did his job, but no finesse or experience. If only it ended there. I have since received 3 phone calls asking for a review, and 1 text message, "hoping my husband might buy there next". Yes, a text message. I've had bad service before. This was borderline. Generic. Sad I spent money there. Good luck to you Matt! I'm sure one day you will be great at what you do. More
