When I arrived at the dealership a few days later, everything was ready to go. The truck was spotless and Jose took the time to go through its features. Dane spoke very highly of CMH, mentioning how their business operated; no haggling, fair trade-in value for your vehicle, and friendly staff. I found the vehicle I was interested in via www.cmhniagara.com and called to request further information. Jose was the representative who answered my call. He was very polite and encouraged me to come in to receive an accurate trade-in value for my vehicle, as only the managers and owner complete the vehicle assessments. I appreciate that the owner and management take the time to complete this step. It shows that they truly care about how the business is run and want to meet every client. Jose proceeded to show me the vehicle I was interested in and offered a test drive. Jose's knowledge of the vehicle and features were impressive. He was so excited for me which made the experience that much more enjoyable. It felt like I was car shopping with a friend, not a salesman. This vehicle was immaculate! The detailing staff at CMH did an incredible job. Everyone I have shown this vehicle to can't believe it's a 2013. Needless to say it was a done deal. After the test drive I met Phil, the owner of CMH. He was very nice, thanked me for my business and offer me a more than fair trade-in value for my vehicle. They worked hard at finding the problem plus fixing it. i then drove the vehicle and noticed i was leaking fluid, they fixed it asap plus a leak in the rims which they put new ones on since there was nothing they could do. No pressure, friendly staff I was extremely happy with the way the lot was set up. Easy access to look around.
