I hate dealing with car dealers but I felt very comfortable I found this 2013 Ford Edge SEL on CarGuru. On their scale for price it showed as "Fair", only $161 below fair mkt value which is why I only rated it I found this 2013 Ford Edge SEL on CarGuru. Although it wasn't a great deal, it had all the features that I was looking for and was in great shape. As far as the people I dealt with Mike(salesman), Leonie(finace) and Doug(Manager) and also the secretary who took my money, I was very pleased with how friendly and personable they were. There was the obvious up sell that you get at every dealer but did not try to pressure me when I declined. Mike and Leonie who were my main contacts were very patient and explained everything I threw at them. I have a tendency to be overly thorough at times. Based on the purchase part this transaction I rate this dealer and personnel very highly and would recommend them. The 4 stars I gave for workmanship was only because I didn't want to hurt the overall rating as I haven't had any work done yet to judge. They give a 60 day warranty instead of the std 30 days so I will be back on this site to report how they fared during the this period. Hopefully I will not have to take it in for any problems but if I do I'll report how they did. If they are as good as their sales dept they will probably do just fine. Personally I'm hoping that there won't be anything to report. More

Nice Cadillac, priced well! I heard about CMH Leasing on Boom FM. At the time I was looking for a Cadillac SRX and the commercial said they had lot's of Cadillac's on the lot. I I heard about CMH Leasing on Boom FM. At the time I was looking for a Cadillac SRX and the commercial said they had lot's of Cadillac's on the lot. I met with Michael as the car was in the showroom. After a review of the vehicle I met with Phil to whom I was very impressed with. We agreed on a fair trade value of my Mercedes Benz ML350 and a price on the Cadillac. When it came to the day of picking up the car it wasn't cleaned up as I could still see the fingerprints on the glass and dust from being in the showroom. I'm OK with that but what I was not impressed at all with was Michael. During the pick up and signing of documents a lady walked in and he immediately got up and went over to her and started taking to her and left me at the desk waiting for the next document to be signed. When he came back I said that was pretty rude that he just up and left me to which he responded "you have to move quick around here to get the next customer before someone else does". To top it off when we were finished signing everything he handed me the keys and said "okay it's parked outside and ready for you" and walked away from me to deal with the lady that had walked in. He didn't show me any of the features on the car and I actually had to go and find Phil to show me one of the features I couldn't figure out. Over the experience with Michael was nothing short of unprofessional and I felt like I was taking up his time. More
