I always had a good experience with them. Since then I have purchased vehicles elsewhere over the years and have dealt with many sales staff from dealerships. Some of that sales staff at those other dealerships were good while others needed re-training in every aspect of the career. In Oct 2017 my wife and I decided that a Dodge Journey was needed for our family and set out to find one driving from dealership to dealership within a 60 km radius of our house. Test drove a few, dealt with some pushy sale people again etc... Went to CMH test drove a couple and found the vehicle we wanted. During the purchase transaction I recalled in my head why I dealt with CMH so many times prior, It was because they were not pushy, The entire staff is super friendly and most of all helpful. When they say Customers Matter Here (CMH) they mean it! They go out of their way to make sure that you are totally happy with your purchase and that is why they have been in business for so long. I had some intermittent problems with the radio (which we found out happens to be a problem with these ford cars, but ford will not take responsibility to correct it). Mike told us to book an appointment & bring it in. The day of my appointment, the radio was working fine (of course) but they looked at it anyway & said there was a kinked wire, which they fixed, but didn't know if that was the cause of the problem. Later on, I was having the same issue, but the 60 day warranty was up with CMH. I contacted Mike & he said bring it in & let's have a look at it. It turned out it was a defective radio & they replaced it. I guess they do really mean customers matter here. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from this dealership or salesman.
