What Can I say except that I was completely surprised at what a wonderful, easy experience this transaction was. I had not been to a dealership in years and my last one with the old Niagara Falls Hyundai in 2006 was a disaster, so I was skeptical of how this would go. While helping a friend look for a used car we perused the CMH lot where I saw a 2011 Ford F350 Diesel Super-Duty truck that I was looking for but had been unsuccessful finding a good used one. When I entered the dealership office I first crossed paths with Ray and told him of my interest. He said "Great, lets get the keys" and he let my wife and I go for a great test drive on our own. Really liking this truck I said if I was going to purchase it I would have to be allowed to take it to a local Ford dealership and have it inspected by an independent mechanic I knew, at my cost of course. There was no hesitation in his answer of "Absolutely"! So after getting a clean bill of health from Ford I felt confident in CMH and the truck. The purchase went through flawlessly and no added pressure to purchase anything else was ever applied. All the staff, from reception to finance were friendly and accommodating. It was all a very positive experience and I am happy to report the truck has been great thus far. Even there washrooms were spotless!! Thank you all for this! All my best, Randy More

He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I both felt at ease and he made the process stress free. I especially appreciated being encouraged to sit in and test drive several vehicles - yet we felt no pressure. It was this accommodating and laid back atmosphere that led us to purchase a vehicle.
