Buyer beware!! I recently purchased a Toyota Prius from CMH. Although the buying experience was good the after experience has been horrible. To put my mind at ease a I recently purchased a Toyota Prius from CMH. Although the buying experience was good the after experience has been horrible. To put my mind at ease after paying cash for the vehicle just a week earlier I took it to the Toyota dealership to check it out thoughly. Well, the list was extensive of repairs and maintenance needed. Most were just recommendations that should be addressed for the mileage of the car. So topping up of fluids and sparks plugs are certainly not the issue. The leaking water pump, broker drivers wiper blade, 2 mm pads on the rear brakes and steering column off centre certainly are. Who passed this car for safety with bad brakes and broken wiper blade?? I called CMH and asked to speak to the manager. Hmm voicemail.. I called right back and asked again but I wanted to speak to him immediately. He did answer. He gave me a date to bring the car in 2 weeks from now and they would look at it. Then he called back with a sooner date which is today. I certainly can't take the day off work and no way to get home. They did tell me to go down the street to Enterprise and rent a car for $30. a day .. I have to pay now more money out of my pocket and lose a day of work and they might not fix it in a day. How am I going to know what they fix if anything?They didnt even call me back to confirm the appointment, Doug said it was tentative and they would call to confirm.. Great. Customer service. What a joke.. So ,do I trust them now to look at the car and fix their mistakes. NOT A CHANCE. They did offer to look at though, but I can't trust them anymore, especially after Micheal saying that all the brakes had been done when I picked up the car. So, at this moment it is at the Toyota dealership having them water pump , wiper, steering column(alignment) and rear brakes pads changed. Probably around $600. plus tax.. Brakes pads I will keep should CMH like to see what their mechanics safetied. 2mm !! Can't pass a safety.!!! And especially the wiper blade. Lorrie Mastropierro More
