Faith in VW Restored I was the owner of a 2012 VW Passat TDI, it was no easy feat to sell me another VW as my confidence in the brand had been seriously compromised due to I was the owner of a 2012 VW Passat TDI, it was no easy feat to sell me another VW as my confidence in the brand had been seriously compromised due to the emissions scandal and some major repairs needed to my car that were both emissions and transmission related and that managed to NOT be covered under my expensive VWPP extended warranty. (Passat purchased at Myers VW not Bytek) Between Greg in Service, David and Jake in Sales and Rebecca in Finance, they were able to restore my faith in VW by doing all they could (and then some) to restore my loyalty to VW. David was patient and willing to listen to my past negative experiences related to being a VW owner and Rebecca went well out of her way to do all she could to liaise between the VWPP rep and my situation. For all of this I am grateful. More

Wastes Customers Time Simply put, this service department doesn't care if they waste your time. Dropped car off first thing in the morning before it was even open. Wrote down that I would be back to get the car at 3:30pm. Showed up at 3:50pm and car wasn't ready until 4:15pm. This is unacceptable waste of customers time. Will never be back. More

The sales person din't give good service, was in a hurry It took Time Before someone came and have customer service. He din't take the time to explain to me the papers that I was signing.. They told me they would call my insurance so that everything would be ready for me. They never called my insurance. HORRIBLE SERVICE On saturday august 15th, my gf and I were car shopping and decided to pop in to Bytek to talk to a salesman and take a new Jetta for a test drive. We On saturday august 15th, my gf and I were car shopping and decided to pop in to Bytek to talk to a salesman and take a new Jetta for a test drive. We parked in a visitor parking spot, got out and walked around the new cars on the lot for about 10-12 minutes. No one came out to offer assistance. We went inside and browsed the cars in the showroom >>> no one came to offer assistance. I finally went and asked the receptionist, in french, for a 'bilingual' salesperson because my gf is more comfortable in french than english. She replied " I'm sorry but I don't speak french " and to hold on. She left and came back explaining that they had a bilingual sales associate on hand but was busy and to wait around if we'd like. We left. HORRIBLE SERVICE. We felt like we were imposing. I'll never set foot in that dealership ever again. We finally did test drive a new Jetta and had amazing service from Heather Hodgins @ Hunt Club Volkswagen. She answered all our questions and was simply amazing. We finally decided to purchase another make of vehicle strictly because of price. The Volks was too much money. Great Experience Just picked up my Jetta and I love it! Not to mention this was the easiest and most fun experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. The took me on a tour of the whole dealership when I picked up the Jetta and the Service and Parts staff seem just as good as the Sales Staff. Great place to go for a Car. More
