I was shopping for a specific truck online, and narrowed it down to Bustard. I was flying in from Ottawa. They were great to pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership. the driver was very k it down to Bustard. I was flying in from Ottawa. They were great to pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership. the driver was very kind and apologetic for being a few minutes late. as I pulled in I was greeted by Jeff (who was in rough shape form his accident). He put on a friendly face and apologized for not being able to see the transaction through himself. Adam took over from there and was Great. it was a good experience overall but i think the shop had turned the vehicle over to me prematurely as there was some issues arising on the way home. check engine indicator,no heat,missing antenna wand, and wipers needing to be replaced. I would recommend this dealership but ensure you do a thorough inspection of your used vehicle. More

Derek Killins has been helping our family get into cars that suit our needs for the past four or five years. We talked about the new Jeep Cherokee and, not knowing all the facts about it we could have easily gone for something we didn't need. We walked in to purchase a new Dodge Journey and traded in our Godge grand Caravan 2011. I regular salesperson Jeff Marles was not there because of a snow storm. So we bought the Journey 2014 SE. We then had to speak with Carolyn Deneau about the financing and after listening to our plan of payments she found a loan with no payments for 3 months and a slightly higher interest rate. That was fine because we will have that vehicle paid off by June of 2014. It was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership and the staff that we dealt with. Paul Lalonde More
