I discovered on the way to work that a brakelight bulb had burnt out. I stopped at the dealer on the way through (I needed to schedule an oil change anyways) and Daan, the service advisor at the desk, jus had burnt out. The sales staff were excellent. Ryan making the extra effort was an incentive for us to move from another dealer. I had a great experience working with Bustard Chrysler Dodge Jeep. It started with finding the inventory I was looking for easily on their website. I was greeted by their live chat which was actually li Dodge Jeep. It started with finding the inventory I was looking for easily on their website. Gary on the live chat system was very helpful confirming that the inventory I was looking at on their website was truly available on the lot. I provided my contact info and within the hour I had a call from Jeff Marles and then an email when he couldn't get me on the phone. I asked Jeff to call me on my mobile and we spoke for about 20 minutes. He was very pleasant and helpful and we agreed to meet the next morning. Jeff was great throughout the process and Bill Bustard stepped up to make the deal happen. The best part of the whole experience was going in to finalize the deal and realizing that the van didn't have DVD screens. It listed a DVD player on the window sticker but there were no screen installed. I could have sworn they were there when I did the test drive but, to my dismay, what I thought were DVD screens (Chrysler's Rear Seat Entertainment System - VES), were just storage compartments in the ceiling. This was a deal breaker for me and again Bill and Jeff stepped up and offered to install the rear seat ceiling DVD player at no charge!!! These guys were awesome!!! I couldn't believe it. I still can't. I went home and told my wife that she can't take that van anywhere else for service. We'll be Bustard customers for life. More
