I was looking to replace my 2000 jeep that I'd bought new at Bustards almost 14 years ago. Gary was extremely helpful arranging to have one prospect vehicle from Listowel available foe me to rest drive i new at Bustards almost 14 years ago. Gary was extremely helpful arranging to have one prospect vehicle from Listowel available foe me to rest drive in Waterloo. He helped me weight the pros and cons of several candidate vehicles and was patient as I explored some upgrades that I'd wanted to consider (running boards, winch, etched). He was very thorough in reviewing the warranty implications for each vehicle. He took the time to understand what it was that would meet my needs and wants. In the end, I'm getting a great deal on a wonderful gently used Jeep with all the bells and whistles that made me very happy indeed. I've always had great luck dealing with a Bustards over the past 14 years and I know that, thanks to Gary's helpful advice and support, I'll continue to be a very satisfied Bustards customer. Thank you Gary! I also wished to thank and commend Christina for all her kind assistance in sorting out the financing and payment aspects of this transaction. She was very considerate, efficient, and personable to work with. Thank you Christina! More

I have been regularly getting my car detailed at Fine Details for over 7 years. Roberto and his team always do an amazing job on my car, making it look brand new every time. I won't trust anyone else to Details for over 7 years. Roberto and his team always do an amazing job on my car, making it look brand new every time. I won't trust anyone else to clean my car. My experience at Bustard was great. Gary Kozuch was professional, friendly and informative. He responded to an email request for information very promptly and was accommodating about arranging a test d professional, friendly and informative. He responded to an email request for information very promptly and was accommodating about arranging a test drive, as I was coming in from out of town. He was straightforward and explained everything clearly, and reviewed the pros and cons of using my existing plate, as compared to a new plate. He indicated that Carolyn would phone the next day to book an appointment for pick up and to review some options with me. Carolyn called, reviewed options, provided additional details that I asked for about the warranty program and had the work completed and the necessary paperwork ready for processing. When I picked up the vehicle I visited several dealerships for my search for a vehicle and Gary was by far the type of professional I would deal with again. I would not be complete in my summary if I didn't mention the man who called me after hours when I tried to contact Bustard about the fact that my trade in was being towed in the night before I was picking up my car. When he phoned me back, it was clearly after hours, and he assured me it was no problem. From start to finish a completely pleasant experience. Thanks very much! More
My vehicle would not go over 70 km on the expressway and I was in a state of panic. Then it suddenly shuttered and I could go regular speed but now I had a flashing engine light coming on. I made to the d I was in a state of panic. Then it suddenly shuttered and I could go regular speed but now I had a flashing engine light coming on. I made to the dealership and met Dan even though it was after closing time for the service department. He stayed with me and took all the details and made sure my car was fitted into the schedule for the next day. I was picked up at work the next day and brought to the dealership to pick up the car. The car was repaired and is working better than ever. Dan took great care of me and the mechanics did a super job. I am a very happy customer. More

Derek was easy to deal with specifically with his knowledge and quick attentive service. He was speedy yet efficient in everything he handled for us from the initial email back late one evening after knowledge and quick attentive service. He was speedy yet efficient in everything he handled for us from the initial email back late one evening after we saw the car on line to the moment we took the keys to our new Audi Q7. He followed through on promises and commitments made and went that extra step to follow up after the sale and monies were exchanged. He clearly did his research and was prepared for our visit and our lack of knowledge on our now, new car. Thank you Derek for going the extra mile which clearly is just status quo expectation for you. More

Cannot recommend anyone spend their money here. In fact, am actively telling people to shop elsewhere! Things started off well - I spotted a Grand Cherokee Diesel on the lot that I was interested in. We am actively telling people to shop elsewhere! Things started off well - I spotted a Grand Cherokee Diesel on the lot that I was interested in. Went down, met Craig, had a test drive, then sat down and agreed on a price. I took possession on Sept 9. A few days later, I experienced an oddly rough ride at low speeds. I made an appointment to have it looked at,and on Sept 19 the service department at Bustards had a look and gave a diagnosis - 3 out of 4 tires were out of round! I told Daan I had bought the car just the week before, so he checked with Sales (Craig and Shefik). It took several days to get a reply, but when he did connect with me, he was deeply embarrased to report that the sales department's position was that the tires had passed the safety inspection, so if the ride "got annoying" I could have the tires replaced under the 30-day used car 70/30 warranty, with me paying 70% of the replacement cost. I have to say that this was the epitome of the "used car saleman" sterotype, and completely at odds with Bustard's stated priority of customer satisfaction and doing the right thing. It became staggeringly clear that in at least this case, the people at Bustard were only interested in my money and not in building a long-term relationship. For the sales team to hide behind a technicality to avoid replacing the tires on this vehicle is insulting and offensive. I took my money to a reputable tire dealership, who inspected the tires and declared them unsalvageable. They were appalled that Bustard's, a dealership with a reputation for quality, would allow a vehicle to leave the lot on such shoddy tires! $1200 later, I'm riding on new tires that are actually round and do not bounce my children around in the back seat like human Whack-a-Moles. I realize I could have saved some cash by having the tires replaced at Bustard, but I will not be giving them any more of my time or business. After I use the free oil change voucher I received with the Jeep, I will be taking all my business elsewhere. My experience with Bustard was so bad that I nearly returned the vehicle and walked away. I really love the Jeep though, and now that it's rolling on round tires as it should have been when I bought it, it's a treat to drive. Never again at Bustards! More
Purchased new 2013 Grand Caravan from this dealership, present km is 9000. Noticed small rust mark above windshield that was well rusted through the paint to bare metal. Must have been there since new, present km is 9000. Noticed small rust mark above windshield that was well rusted through the paint to bare metal. Must have been there since new, but I failed to see it. Explained same to Daan Emerson who had a look and suggested a touch up paint. I agreed and Daan found the correct colour match, then offered to do the touch up, which I agreed. I was very impressed with the care Daan took in doing a perfect touch up, not only on the offending rust spot, but he went around the entire vehicle looking for other spots to repair...which he found and touched up. Daan offered one of the best service visits I have ever experienced at a new car dealership. Unfortunately, after checking with his supervisor, he was unable to "give" me the small touch-up container, and I was charged $16.61 for the touch up paint...not Daan's fault. I left feeling good about the great service experience, but not so good about the expensive touch up paint. At 70 years senior, I have had quite a few cars, and can't remember ever paying for a little container of touch up paint, when it should have been included with the purchase in the 1st place. (purchased a new Hyundai Accent and the touch up paint was in the glove box) . More
