We bought a new 2022 Toyota Highlander and also trade in our 2016 Highlander in May 13, 2022. The trade-in price was agreed as $31000 + TAX. and at that time, the estimated delivery date was July and we agr our 2016 Highlander in May 13, 2022. The trade-in price was agreed as $31000 + TAX. and at that time, the estimated delivery date was July and we agreed the trade-in price will keep unchanged. the delivery got delayed (not our reason) and the new pickup date is Sep 2022. and Toyota gave me a new contract and changed the trade-in price to $29000 instead ( saying the mileage was changed) when I am ready to pick up the new car (Sep 16,2022). My understanding is that we signed a contract and we should obey the contract and the increased mileage is normal use (7000KM More). If the new car price dropped, will the dealer give you the new price? I don't think they will, they will only follow what's better for them. Not much we can do here, but Burlington Toyota will lose us as 15 years old loyal customers, we have been doing car maintenance for our 2 cars in Burlington Toyota since 2007 and bought 2 new cars here, this will never happen again. We will go to Oakville Toyota instead. More

All the Service Advisors are great at what they do but Nitan stands out as exceptional! Not only is he always pleasant and professional but he doesn't try to talk you into getting work done you don't nee Nitan stands out as exceptional! Not only is he always pleasant and professional but he doesn't try to talk you into getting work done you don't need. In fact, the opposite is true. A few times in the past, we wanted to get work done and Nitan advised it wasn’t necessary yet. We trust him. Nitan has a great personality - he is jovial and funny and brightens your day! He is knowledgeable about Toyota's products and gives valuable advice. We look forward to dealing with Nitan every time. He is truly first class! More

Good and bad I've had my car serviced there for 20+ years now. There have been a few instances where I wasn't pleased, but overall, I would say I trust them (well I've had my car serviced there for 20+ years now. I don't feel they did unnecessary work, or tried to cheat me on something. A few times I've gone in and they've sent me elsewhere (like a muffler or body shop) because it's not their area, which I appreciate. More

I couldnt be happier with how that team introduced new models, shared pricing and allowed us the time to make the decision on our terms. However as we moved on to Management to process the deal everything went sour - Documents were submitted to the bank with inaccurate information, the MTO was sent incorrect information. While, at the time, the Management stated they would fix the issues THEY created with the MTO it has been 5 months and no one seems to want to return my email. Unfortunately, when spending a sizeable amount of money on a car the details of an agreement are important and the leadership team here clearly does not care for the details. More
