Awful vehicle, awful service My 2010 RAV4 is a horrible car. Continuous recalls since I got it. Takes forever to actually get the official letter so they can fix the thing. They have the attitude that recalls are nothing they should be embarrassed or sorry about, but simply a fact of life. WRONG. Try building a quality car and you won't have recalls. Then there are tons of other problems with the car between the recalls. Service manager was awful when I complained about it all. Toyota has gone downhill big-time. I'll never buy a Toyota again. More

Sion not only has an unquestionable knowledge of Toyota and Toyota products, he is also extremely friendly, prompt, and professional. Dealing with Sion almost guarantees a couple of laughs as his personality and sense of humor can't help but shine through. Sion makes you feel comfortable and important, he puts his customers first, and takes care of each individual need thoroughly and with a smile.
