Easy!! I appreciated the call reminding me that the car was due for it's 6 month check up. When I walked in an hour earlier than my appointment time, the gen I appreciated the call reminding me that the car was due for it's 6 month check up. When I walked in an hour earlier than my appointment time, the gentleman was kind in asking me if I was waiting for the car, he would bring it in to get started right away. I told him I was going to a movie and he said that it would be done by the time the movie was over. As I was waiting at the front for my husband to pick me up, a salesman checked on me to see if I needed help with anything. Upon my return, the service man made a point of coming over to me to ask how the movie was. I enjoy that this dealership is so friendly and not intimidating at all! Thank you for a great experience! Showed concern and great effort to resolve problem. I came in to resolve the noise I and my family heard but it is not always there. When I hear the noise again I will go there right away if possible.
