The employees all seem like they are actually enjoying their work even though they are always extremely busy, and no matter who you ask a question to they are more than happy to answer you. Everything is explained for you and when you leave you know what had to be done, what was done, and what did not need to be done at the time, no surprises. If you choose to wait, they have everything there to make it pleasant - comfortable seating, many choices of drinks and even packaged cookies! It is bright and airy inside and everything is super clean right down to the washrooms. There has been every reason at this point to give them a 5 star rating, they deserve nothing less. More
