Unprofessional, lack of customer AVOI dealership if you can! Went in to discuss a new vehicle, dealt with Ed and Jason, what a disappointment. They tried to make a BAD deal in the lobby (unfair), I don't understand...no people skills, true lack of customer service. AVOID dealership if you can! Lots of coaching opportunities, I think it's a culture! More

Unable to get through to service department My vehicle needed an oil change - simple enough. I live 3 minutes from Burlington Toyota, but will have to now travel 30 minutes to Ancaster Toyota. Very disappointed. More

No pressure! My only complaint was that the business office wasn't aware about the bank being closed for 3 days due to rememberance day. I couldn't get my money order so we had to do my delivery one day later. It wasn't a problem as i was off the next day anyway! This was my second Toyota and I didn't consider anything else. More
