Efficient, Friendly & Helpful I waited while my vehicle was serviced and had also asked if it was possible to wash the SUV when service finished, which it was. The length of time I waited while my vehicle was serviced and had also asked if it was possible to wash the SUV when service finished, which it was. The length of time they suggested it would be done was spot on. They came and explained what extra things they would be doing, which was nothing much, but all the same, no surprises when done. I wandered into the showroom to kill 10 minutes and Salny Ehman struck up a conversation with me. When I told her my reason for being there she invited me to sit in the 2018 RAV 4. I was really impressed by the look and feel of it as well as some of the pricing she presented me with. I came back with my wife and this time met with Moe Toossi and talked more in depth about pricing. He invited us to come back for the VIP event where we took a test drive. The vehicle was a pleasure to drive and we returned to the dealership where we worked out a 4 year lease. Everyone at Burlington Toyota made us feel important and the experience was 5 star all around.
