I was forced to do this as I was trying to make service appointment with them online and their whole online servicing schedule is nothing but a mess.Have to say service personnel there is doing a very good appointment with them online and their whole online servicing schedule is nothing but a mess.Have to say service personnel there is doing a very good service but you can get these services only if you get in their schedule isn't it right and this dealerahip making it harder and harder to do things online . This is happening for the second time and I thinks no excuse for this now. Not everyone can call phone in and make service appointments during 8-5 ,that's why online service schedule is so handy for people like me ,can book it at the convenience of me at any time any day. But not in the case of Burlington Nissan. I made booking through online and at the end it says your service has been booked at their portal but no email or text confirmation which wasn't the story for my other services except these last two services. And once you calling them at their so called time,learning that nothing has been booked. And as I said this is not happening the first time,it's happening for the second time within 4 months interval ,and when it happened first time ,they assured me that this won't happen next time and after 4 months it's the same story. And now the other Nissan dealer where I went by booking through online,it feels like whole process is very simple and actually had to say things done there was impressive,senting you service confirmation right away after booking it,senting reminder and upon getti f there ,you actually getting your multi point inspection sheet and everything in your phone ,well professionally done. More
This is the second vehicle we bought from this dealership. Sales staff very friendly and we feel that we received a fair deal without any pressure.
