His follow up was great, I would certainly recommend Michael as well as revisit him when it is time again for me to look for a car. I have been pretty critical of automobile salespeople in the past because they don't put enough time into the sales process or are too pushy. I honestly can't think of a negative thing to remark on in regards to this experience. More
