Service Department Takes Good Care of their Clients! While driving one of the first snow storms of 2019 over the weekend, my Pathfinder decided that was the day to start giving me problems. First thing Monday morning, I brought my vehicle in and without an appointment they took me in and had my vehicle assessed and fixed and had me on my way mid afternoon. Although i had prearranged transportation, their courtesy shuttle was ready and willing to provide me with transportation if required! Upon return mid-afternoon, another service adviser that i worked with in the past for maintenance/service that wasn't looking after me that day, saw me in the waiting area and engaged me with conversation. Its those personal touches that go a long way in the mind of the customer and make you feel welcomed and appreciated! Outside of their excellent sales staff, one of the main reasons I returned to purchase another vehicle at Burlington Nissan is because of their equally excellent service staff/department! More
