Terrible sales experience. I explained that we wanted a simple sales experience and explained to the salesperson what a good experience would look like. I told them that I wasn't going to play the game of him going back and forth with his manager. He assured me that they wouldn't do that and that they would make purchasing a vehicle easy. He then proceeded to give me quote that was higher than the MSRP on the Subaru Canada website (which states "dealer may sell for less" not dealer may sell for more) and that contained other "fees". He then emailed me the same quote and told me that they can't negotiate over the phone or email. I told him that I wasn't coming in a third time and I made him an offer that was based on my research and the listed MSRP on Subaru Canada. The fact that this dealership inflates the sales price and then wants to negotiate from that inflated price is ridiculous. I have bought vehicles from three other manufacturers. Never have I gone through this type of experience. Needless to say, we won't be buying a Subaru. I wouldn't trust this dealership for servicing my vehicle after this type of sales experience. It's too bad. We liked the vehicle but if I can't trust the dealership, then I don't want to do business with them. Very disappointing! More

He is very friendly, clear in his explanations, patience with a client like me that ask a lot of questions and have tons of doubts. I will go to him any time in my future purchases and indeed I'll refer him to friends and family as the best, friendly, knowledgably and trustworthy seller. More

My review is 0/4 stars for car servicing and customer care. I dealt with Robbie the manager. The Budd's Subaru service dealership is miss-leading, not warranty honouring, and price gauging. I brought my 2024 crosstrek in for repair under warranty (the car is a year old). And was told the damage was not a manufacture's defect, and that I had to pay full cost. After check with other mechanics, I learned the dealership was also doubling the cost for repairs. Not warranty honouring, and disappointing customer service. Do not buy or service your vehicle at Budd's Subaru! More

Budd’s Subaru has given us service that goes far beyond the necessary. We purchased our 2019 Forrester elsewhere and I wondered if our service would be perfunctory because of this. Not so!
