He also introduced us to Conner the product expert who gave a tour of all Landrover and Jaguars models and installed the connectivity App on my iPhone. Great sales team I purchased a Landrover and 6 months later bought my daughter a Ford. Both times Simon and Nick were awesome. They both searched for. Q5 a 3rd vehicle I purchased a Landrover and 6 months later bought my daughter a Ford. Both times Simon and Nick were awesome. They both searched for. Q5 a 3rd vehicle for my daughter which I’m picking up Saturday. All 3 times the Finance Manager gave us a sour attitude. All 3 vehicles were not financed. We did however get rust proofing on the Q5. Again, my daughter was greeted with a woman with attitude. We also waited each time 30-45 minutes for her after our paperwork was prepared. For a company with great sales staff this is a department that needs more attention and less attitude. Just my thoughts. Liz More
