Good service Initially called to book a service appt as alert had come on car, only to be told service is not covered as 1 yr since purchase hasnt passed- that sho Initially called to book a service appt as alert had come on car, only to be told service is not covered as 1 yr since purchase hasnt passed- that should have been communicated at time of booking. Left and rebooked for September. Pulled into service area where 2 employees looked at me and continued chatting however were quick to greet the gentleman who pulled up behind me afterwards. I was finally taken inside and met with annette who was friendly and understanding (as i explained having to leave the first time). She made note that i had to leave soon to pick up my daughter.. the service took less time than expected! So although i wasnt too happy at first.. the actual service and annette helped to turn that around More

I explain to him what we were looking for , and immediately had suggestions to suit our needs. Even a few changes that we had to make to the vehicle ,He was very dominating to see that everything was done to keep our pick up date and schedule. Poor service I leased a Jaguar this year from Budd’s. Hard to believe how I have been treated ever since I took possession. There has been a number of issues with I leased a Jaguar this year from Budd’s. Hard to believe how I have been treated ever since I took possession. There has been a number of issues with the vehicle and every time I try to contact them, I get no response back. Here is a good example.... there was something that came loose in the wheel well. I tried to contact them but they never got back to me. Believe it or not, I took it to my old dealership and they repaired it for no charge. Many of the extra features that I paid big money for are either not functioning or not functioning properly. No response back, so I have learned to just live with. From my experience so far, I would certainly not recommend doing business with them. More
Exceptional Service It was pleasure dealing with my service advisor Ryan Gouveia. He mentioned 2 recalls on my 2018 Velar. As a result it was a long service. However I didn't have to wait at the dealership since I was provided with a shuttle service back to my house. Overall, it was great experience and the first service was complimentary which I was not aware of, until I went back to my pick up my vehicle. More
