I have been to many BMW dealerships in the past, and none of them delivered a level of service close to that which I received at Budd's BMW. Craig was very helpful from the get-go , he explained my options and helped me in trading in my car for two brand new cars that were not even released yet. Had he not told me that the new 3 series was coming out soon, I would have purchased the old model, unknowingly, and I would have been disappointed. But Craig was very honest and courteous, he was of great help throughout the entire car buying process. After the sale was finalized, Craig kept in touch with us, checking on us and asking how we like the car, or if we have any problems that need to be taken care of, he was always an email or phone call away, which was great. We do not live close to Budd's BMW, but after hearing so many good reviews we decided to make it our dealership, and thanks to Craig I do not see that changing anytime soon.
