She has been responsive to any of my concerns since the day I have taken possession of the seven series. I am a loyal BMW client and this is the fourth seven series I have owned in a row. This particular vehicle has had a few more issues than those in the past and yet they have been handle seamlessly because of her great customer service which is the reason that I will continue to stay with BMW in the future. More

Received the "WOW" service and I am very thankful to have dealt with Corey and this dealership. There were some hiccups along the way but I am very impressed with the way Corey handled my situation while maintaining high level of professionalism. He always wears a smile on his face (no matter what the situation is), does his follow ups as promised and does not shy away from going above and beyond to help you select the right vehicle. With Corey, you are guaranteed that you will have an amazing experience. Corey is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and not a typical pushy salesman who just wants to sell you a vehicle unit. I live in Brampton and ended up visiting this dealership in Oakville with a friend as we were passing by. We both ended up buying new cars and to visit a another dealership thought never crossed my mind. Great Service First time at Budd's, turned out to be the best BMW Service experience I have ever had in the 7 years I have owned MINI's and BMW's. Highly organized First time at Budd's, turned out to be the best BMW Service experience I have ever had in the 7 years I have owned MINI's and BMW's. Highly organized team, quick to check you in, awesome waiting area including the upstairs lounge, the i3 tech (can't remember his name) came out to chat directly with me about the issue I was having, the service advisor kept me updated on progress. Highly recommend. Only drawback is location (but that's not really their fault), there's nowhere to walk to (other than other dealerships), a shuttle ride or loaner is a must if your car is going to stay all day or overnight. More
