Great Customer Service I needed two tires installed on my bike and suddenly had a day off to get it done. I fully expected to be dropping my bike off and picking it up a day I needed two tires installed on my bike and suddenly had a day off to get it done. I fully expected to be dropping my bike off and picking it up a day or two later. The service Manager, John Parker (I think) was amazing, He looked over the bike, we discussed any issues I might have, set up a service appt. for some regular maintenance, and then he let me know that they could do the tires while I wait. The dealership is nice, with free wifi, coffee, and snacks. I read a few magazines, drank some coffee and waited. He came out to discuss some brake issues, and the receptionist checked on me several times to make sure I was comfortable waiting. In the bike world, you are often spoken down to if you don't have the ability and knowledge to tear down and rebuild your bike. There was none of that, I was treated courteously, respectfully and like my business was truly appreciated. Budd's had been recommended to me, by a few other BMW riders, and I can say that I will recommend it now as well. More
