All my concerns were addressed including my concern about the expiration of my warranty and next steps. Jenny lead an options analysis session in which we looked at how to mitigate possible risks if I do not have extended warranty. She suggested that for $323 I would take advantage of a full inspection of the vehicle prior to the expiration of the warranty which would inform me of any pending service / repair. I did so and felt comfortable with the outcome. Additionally, Mike P. and Rob S were instrumental in the decision I eventually made. Thanks Guys! More
