A Very Good, Productive Venture into New Car Buying. We needed to replace the 2003 PT Cruiser that we purchased from Bridge City in August, 2003. We did some online research looking at several different dealerships; and liked the online interface with Bridge City the best. We left contact information after viewing a few 2016 cars which you had listed "on sale" on your website. We were contacted almost immediately and made an appointment for later that same day. We were shown several different cars in a short period of time - all of which fell with-in our outlined criteria. We decided on the orange Fiat 500X (having test driven a 500L a year earlier). The salesman set up the process to purchase, finding out a trade-in value and then giving us over to a financial worker. All the contacts were courteous and very helpful. The experience was vastly superior to any other interactions that we had had with other local dealers in the past few months in Lethbridge. ONE PROBLEM WITH THIS SURVEY....
