We had decided not to move forward with a purchase. But an attractive trade in value had us test driving a new vehicle. We were treated well while our salesman (Jay) dealt with 2 customers and they found a vehicle we wanted and brought it in. Quickest experience at the Financial Manager stage. Handled all requests well. The only mid step was picking the vehicle up. Jay was dealing with another customer and his co-workers didn't support us in the same level I would have expected from Jay. I rushed them to deliver on a Friday so I wouldn't hold it against them. I would suggest booking a time so you have their full attention if it's during a big sale. More
