My car wouldn't start after being serviced, and Mike Rodger service advisor said to give him a second, so I waited, after 15 minutes, Rudy whom I was dealing with came back from a late lunch, and less than a minute later had a tech Start my Car. Mike had disappear. Whenever possible ask and have Rudy look after you, he goes out of his way to not only satisfy you but to make even unpleasant service visit explained with pictures and details If it wasn't for Mr Rodger, I would have given 5 stars More

Manager spoiled what what have been a great experience I purchased a Chrysler 200 earlier this year. I love the car, but constantly think back to my experience at the dealership; I should have bought else I purchased a Chrysler 200 earlier this year. I love the car, but constantly think back to my experience at the dealership; I should have bought elsewhere. That's why I'm now writing this review. This is the only time in my life I had someone back out of a handshake deal, with an agreed upon price. Bobin (a manager at the dealership) and I arrived at a price on Saturday, and shook hands. When I went back in during the week, ready to buy, he told me he couldn't honour the price we shook on. After plenty of back and forth, we arrived at a new (higher) price, only after I threatened to abandon the deal altogether. Looking back, I should have. What makes this worse, is after signing the paperwork, and sitting down with the finance manager, I later discovered he had removed the remote starter he agreed to 'Throw in' at the original agreed upon price. This is the second time I should have walked, but they assured me they would contact me later about installing the remote start. That was over 3 months ago. While the sales rep I dealt with was great to work with, I would never deal with Bobin or his team again due to his tactics. There are plenty of other Chrysler dealerships in the area, I'd look into those first. More

overall good. just one thing. I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment so that my vehicle was assured to go in the next day for a potential suspected oil leak. I was at work the following day and they called me early in the day to say they were working on it and would call me back later with an answer. They called me back and said they say the suspected oil leak but nothing for sure so they'd put an oil dye in and clean it up with engine shampoo and let me go. All good. When I went to pick the car up. It was blocked in by another and had too wait 10 minutes to clear it out but other then that all good and I'd go again. More

First time Car Buyer Having figured out the car I truly wanted...I now had to find the best looking and most affordable model. The car I fell in love with happened to be a Having figured out the car I truly wanted...I now had to find the best looking and most affordable model. The car I fell in love with happened to be at Brennan's Dixie and Chrysler. I have never bought a vehicle before...and after reading the reviews on the dealership I was uncertain on what to expect. But After speaking with Moe (sales Rep) I felt I should take a drive to the dealership and see the car. When I arrived....I met with Shaun the Used car Sales Manager...and right from the get go...I felt comfortable with him. A business man ofcourse...but at the end of the day...he wants to make you happy. I wasn't intimidated by him and felt comfortable negotiating in price for the car I wanted. He was helpful and broke down all my numbers and we were able to meet in the middle where we both were happy. After agreeing on price we negotiated terms...there was scratches and a few dents on the car...Shaun said everything would be taken care of and fixed. I was quoted 5.99% financing with no money down...when it came to my approval the financing team were able to get me a lower rate and my monthly payments were lower then what I was quoted. When it came time to pick up the car...everything Moe and Shaun said would be done...was! the car was nicely touched up...the dents were removed and the car was nicely detailed. They even left the car with 3 quarters of a tank full..which I thought was generous. I was very happy with the overall experience...I would recommend working with Moe and Shaun who were very helpful. More
