Very Poor Customer Service STAY AWAY Took my new Tacoma 2016 in for a warrantee issue with the air bag light. After numerous trips to dealer to fix a recurrent problem on a brand new tru Took my new Tacoma 2016 in for a warrantee issue with the air bag light. After numerous trips to dealer to fix a recurrent problem on a brand new truck the finally had to replace the whole wiring harness for the truck, in the process the drivers side door inside panel was scratched . Which I was accused of doing with the seat belt by the front service advisor . After talking to the dealer manager it was replaced . After the work was completed now the truck has intermittent starting problems and the dealer manager is saying I have to go back to the dealership I bough the truck from even though its under a Toyota warranty and they completed the work . Extremely unhelpful and not the type of customer service you would expect from a dealership who refuse to take responsibility for shoddy unprofessional work .And the part that is insulting is this right from the mission statement "the best possible customer service with top-notch repair/maintenance work Every person that walks through the door is entitled to the same great experience. Certainly not the level of service you should get from a Toyota. More

We ordered our new truck on Saturday- after having a really bad experience with Strickland Toyota in Stratford. We left Brantford (which by the way is the oldest Toyota dealership in Ontario)feeling fantastic. We got an amazing deal on a new 2017 Tacoma. Looking forward to the arrival of our new ride - the first week off September! Thank you guys for your amazing service- we will be speaking highly of your dealership to all our friends and family.
