I’ve had great experiences with this dealership in the past for service, but the last time I left disappointed. I came in to have my brakes inspected for a noise that I was hearing and to have and AC leak past for service, but the last time I left disappointed. I came in to have my brakes inspected for a noise that I was hearing and to have and AC leak inspected. They were able to resolve the problem with the AC, but I was told that they couldn’t hear the problem with the brakes, and upon inspection everything looked good. I was charged for a brake inspection.The sound was still there after I left. I ended up taking my vehicle to a different mechanic where they lubed the sliders and this resolved the problem. This seems like it would’ve been a simple fix, but I feel that the service was rushed on this one. More

I am very happy with my purchase from brantford honda. Although there was errors made emailing me (had to guve my email address several times and it before they got it right). They also made an error and sent info to my insurance company instead of my broker. Also, be careful and read every single line on the the bill of sale because what I was promised was not what I got! I am happy with the car itself, but the dealership staff left a bad taste in my mouth. More
