I previously had good experiences purchasing 2 vehicles and leasing another here (in addition to completing all vehicle servicing here), but unfortunately the process of buying out the lease has been a ser and leasing another here (in addition to completing all vehicle servicing here), but unfortunately the process of buying out the lease has been a series of awful customer service experiences. We were considering trading in for an upgrade based on the amount being offered by the dealership via email, but after speaking with them we were offered significantly less value with no explanation other than “We don’t send those emails”, since they are apparently sent by a third party on behalf of the dealership. As the lease was coming to an end there was little to no communication about the process despite repeated attempts to arrange things, and then last minute scheduling of appointments for the safety and to sign the paperwork. Upon arrival we were told that someone would be with us in 5 minutes, but over an hour later had to go to the service department to even find a member of staff. We were then rudely told by the sales staff that they wouldn’t have time to see us and they’d call to reschedule for the next week. After another appointment scheduled at the last minute, we completed the purchase and I’m glad to say I won’t have to go back there again. We have nothing but great things to say about our CR-V and Passport, but will be servicing them elsewhere going forward and taking future purchases to a different dealership. More
