Service was terrible. Mechanic left garbage in my car and screwed my phone charger INTO the seat. Was told the Service Mgr would call me to discuss but never did. My experience while at the dealership was fabulous…I was checked in quickly and my car was done within the timeframe I was given. The process to book an appointment was very frustrating as it seems that checked in quickly and my car was done within the timeframe I was given. The process to book an appointment was very frustrating as it seems that service rarely answers their phones, which was a negative for me. After my appointment I realized my back windshield wiper blade had torn apart, probably from the car wash (which I really appreciate!) . I will get it replaced, but maybe they need to check their car wash. More

An awful experience. You cannot trust anyone, from the service rep to the mechanic. The service rep will try to charge you as much as possible to collect their commisi You cannot trust anyone, from the service rep to the mechanic. The service rep will try to charge you as much as possible to collect their commision. The mechanics are sub par. Honda can only pay the mechanics so much because of all the fancy things like the gourmet coffee machine. Any good mechanic would leave and do their own thing. I had a mechanic break the filter box when removing it and then they tried to charge me for a new one. I will never let this dealership touch my vehicle ever again. More
