Being in an accident is a very traumatic experience especially when dealing with an insurance company whose compassion about the situation is nonexistent. Being on a time crunch to find a new vehicle was becoming a challenge until our visit to Brampton North Nissan. From the time we walked into the establishment we were treated in a professional and very personable demeanor. It was very clear to us that Courtney Miller(Sales Manager) was not interested in just making his next sale but rather ensuring that he provided us with excellent customer service and listened to exactly what we were looking for. Courtney sympathized with our current situation of having to purchase a car within a very short time span as well as our budget and searched his inventory and immediately presented us with the perfect vehicle selection to suit our needs and budget. We were so impressed with Courtney and Gerard Vijayan (Sales Consultant) that we agreed to purchase the vehicle without physically seeing or test driving the vehicle as both gentlemen were honest and forthcoming with all information and it was clear to us that they were trustworthy. With regards to processing the purchase, Gerard was very friendly and professional in explaining all the paperwork and went over and beyond to ensure that the vehicle was ready to be picked up a day earlier than scheduled so that we would not incur any additional fees from the rental company, as our insurance carrier was not willing to pay for additional days. Overall I would highly recommend conducting business with Courtney Miller and Gerard Vijayan specifically as we found them to provide impeccable customer service, their product knowledge of their inventory was impressive and the ability to treat us like family rather than a customer was the personal touch that is sometimes lacking in larger establishments. Furthermore, we were so impressed by our overall experience with Courtney and Gerard that not only would we highly recommend them to our family and friends but we will be contacting them in the future for any additional vehicles that we require exclusively. More

Anil and Jack were proving me regular updates on status of my credit application and they able to get my lease approved withing 3 days and delivered car same day of approval. I visited the place upon confirmation from assistant sales manager who said come and we will do our best if you will close the deal today. He was such an arrogant and rude guy who upon asking what is your counter just denied to even have a conversation. It seem I was called there to be embarrassed and get insulted. If he could not have honored the sales rep words, he could have just told it like a decent guy. Beware of Oscar he may call you and just insult, if in my control I would just fire him. More
