Hi Ke1vin, Thank you for the review of your last service experience at Bramgate Volkswagen. We truly value your feedback, and do not take matters like these lightly. In speaking with Andrew about your last visit, he mentioned that he offered to put your car up on our hoist to examine the oil pan cover and replace the missing bolts, but that you declined. Unfortunately without us seeing the oil pan cover, we're unable to assess how the bolts may have gone missing so that we can rectify the issue. It is not our policy to hand out complimentary parts without first inspecting the issue at hand... I apologize if this was not communicated to you properly by Andrew. If you have not yet resolved your issue, we'd like to invite you to bring your vehicle back to Bramgate Volkswagen where we will be happy to inspect your oil pan cover and replace the missing bolts, as we had originally offered.
