What I appreciated most about this dealership and the sales staff was that they were straight forward and didn't waste my time nickling and diming like others do. I went in with a purpose to buy and they sales staff was that they were straight forward and didn't waste my time nickling and diming like others do. I went in with a purpose to buy and they came to the table with a purpose to sell. The no non-sense approach is what made it work for me. Shop around if you want but I bet these guys will give you a better deal. John was amazing. He didn't go back and forth to his manager asking if he can do a deal and such and such amount. He told me what he can sell the car for and I knew very well that was their best offer. The staff overall is very helpful. More

Hello, I was at your dealership a few months back to Hello, I was at your dealership a few months back to get my first oil change and just noticed that 6 bolts from the oil pan cover were missing. The Hello, I was at your dealership a few months back to get my first oil change and just noticed that 6 bolts from the oil pan cover were missing. The only reason I noticed this was when the car was lifted when I was getting my summer wheels put on at Euroline Performance. I was in the shop while the tech, Peter lifted the car and showed me. It is a diesel engine so it would be hard to hear the cover if it was flapping especially on the highway when it would most likely make the most noise. I came today during my lunch to see if I could get the bolts back. I spoke with Andrew and he seemed defensive from the beginning (probably not the best trait for a “customer service representive” even if he’s only been there for a year). I really have no reason to lie to him about the situation to get bolts that are worth a few cents. After all I just spent $35,000 on a new car. I read the reviews on your dealership and had high hopes but this really disappointed me. I thought you would appreciate feedback from customers to improves your service if needed but instead they are made to feel like thieves and liars. On top of that I am still cleaning the white grease from my hinges due to the over spray from my first visit. Good luck to you and your team! More

We were greeted in a very friendly fashion, we were referred to Bramgate from a family friend of ours and because of their efforts and continuous contact we chose to purchase a used car from Wayne and referred to Bramgate from a family friend of ours and because of their efforts and continuous contact we chose to purchase a used car from Wayne and Mike. They were both very helpful in friendly in the process and we felt comfortable doing business with both of them.
