Met with Hugh on Saturday June 14 and realized he was the sales manager. Looked after us personally and was extremely helpful and totally understood our situation with our Honda Crosstour. Proposed a solution which was exactly what we were hoping for and put 2 deals together for us for a 2014 Tiguan and a 2015 Golf GTI. Met then with Joanne Yulo for lease and financing. Joanne as well was extremely courteous,professional and helpful. She made the whole experience simple and smooth. Picked up the Tiguan Thursday June 19 and Hugh, not wanting to overstep his salesman, refereed us to Andrew for delivery. Again very knowledgeable, courteous and polite. Took the time to explain the vehicle and all options.
