After visiting a few other VW dealerships and receiving minimal customer service I went to VW Bramgate and received better than 5 star customer servic After visiting a few other VW dealerships and receiving minimal customer service I went to VW Bramgate and received better than 5 star customer service. I was approached by one of the business managers, Sudir and since all the sales associates were busy he showed me some used cars in my budget. Once I informed him of the awful experience I had at other VW dealerships he continued helping me instead of passing me onto a sale associate. Sudir was very knowledgeable, helpful and honest during the entire process. I also received my purchased rental car in 2 days ahead of schedule and Sudir continued to provide me with excellent service when I went to pick up the car. I would highly recommend Bramgate to anyone interested in purchasing a VW, if it's not the closest dealership to you it is definitely worth the drive! More

Very friendly staff & a pleasant experience! The staff members that my family and I dealt with were great. They were patient, understanding, and explained things really well, which made my first The staff members that my family and I dealt with were great. They were patient, understanding, and explained things really well, which made my first car purchase a great experience. We had a little hiccup with our insurance provider using wrong dates, but the staff proved to be very understanding and patient through the ordeal as we sorted it out. The only complaint I had, would be that the car that was delivered wasn't what you'd consider "clean" from a brand new vehicle. There was dirt all over the body, which is understandable from the construction nearby, but I was hoping they'd clean it up before delivery. Furthermore, stains from the glue dripping on the interior of the doors from the tints were not cleaned either. I was offered a free cleaning, but when I returned the following day, what was performed was a very quick rinse (what looked like only water rinse) on the body, and an extremely rushed rub down on the front two door for the glue stains (the stains were still visible). Nothing was actually done on the rear doors at all. Overall, the experience was great, and I would certainly recommend it to friends looking to purchase a new VW vehicle. However, I hope they do a better job with the cleanliness of vehicles on delivery dates. More
