Hands down best experience ever I'm not new to this dealership, I purchased my first car here and it wasn't the best of experiences. The manager at the time who now has been removed from the staff did not live up to expectations that I had for Bramgate. However this time around when dealing with Mr. Vander Wel expectations were not only met, but exceeded far more than I had ever imagined, I felt like royalty, I was treated with the utmost respect and my new car purchase was made with the most ease, comfort, and peace of mind. Chris who is very helpful and knowledgable emailed me a couple times everyday up until delivery, constantly answering any and all questions or concerns I had. He was very polite and is very straight forward and listens to what you want and he makes it happen.
