Chris did a great job with the comparisons of the trendline, comfortline and highline jettas as well as other cars. Chris was overly accommodating with my parents and I. We were then put in contact with Hugh regarding the trade in of my '09 jetta. Hugh was great to deal with as well, he ensured we received the most accurate value for the trade in. After deciding to trade in my car and purchase a new 2016, Chris was very helpful with guaranteeing my monthly payments were less than my budget. After a lot of discussion and comparison we decided to go with a new 2016 comfortline jetta. At this point we were in contact with Joanne, who was absolutely amazing to deal with.
