We went in expecting just to look/gather information, but Andrew got us on a test drive in the Jetta in no time. To be fair, the car kind of sold itself, but Andrew helped us figure out the model and trim we required and simply made our decision to purchase that much easier. Even at the end of the night, after giving us plenty of time and information, Andrew took us around the dealership to introduce us to some staff and show us the service facilities. The financing process was simple and transparent. There are some obvious fees that come along with the purchase of your new car, but everything was laid out and nothing was hidden. Any questions we had were answered sufficiently. We ended up taking the extended warranty for 7yr/200K km as we do a ton of driving and it was within our budget. Gustavo was a pleasure to deal with (though very persistent) and helped us get exactly what we wanted for the amount of money we were willing to pay for it. Also, come pick-up day, when it's all papers to sign, Andrew was still as cheerful and happy to help us out (and put up with our lame jokes) as before the sale. We also met Joanna, who dealt with our final papers, and she was an absolute sweetheart. Andrew introduced us to our new car, hooked up our phones to the console and we were on our way! Overall, the experience at Bramgate was great - everyone was a pleasure to work with. The transparency of the purchasing process really went a long way in solidifying our decision to purchase the car - so keep it up! Thanks guys! More

They were honest and were very helpful. They updated us often and answered all of our questions (even after hours). They went out of their way for us, and thereby really enjoying the process. We are really happy with our new 2016 Golf TSI Comfortline and I'm happy we purchased it here. I also have to add the receptionist was very professional when greeting us.
