Excellent dealership - from test drive to delivery I was looking for VW Golf R and Bramgate was the only VW dealer that would let me have a test drive. They told me on the phone that they had one to t I was looking for VW Golf R and Bramgate was the only VW dealer that would let me have a test drive. They told me on the phone that they had one to test drive and when I arrived it was ready. They also had a manual transmission to test drive which no other dealer offered. Moe, the sales person, was very accommodating and went with me on a long test drive. Hugh, the sales manager, was very helpful without any pressure. The negotiation was quick and decisive and Joanne, the business manager, was very efficient and gave me a great check list for licensing, payment and delivery. My wife went with me for the delivery which was done in a purpose built room with the car in the room and a desk for signing the paperwork. She said that it was the best car buying experience that she's ever had. Great work Moe, Hugh and Joanne. More
