Outstanding Service! Bramgate VW's car sales respresentative, Jiri, was honest, caring and efficient. The deal breaker for us was when we were at Subuari trying to decide whether to purchase a Subaru or VW. Jiri's level of costumer service far surpassed the low level of service we recieved at Subaru. Jiri found us the BEST possible trade in price on our Mini. What we were most impressed by was Jiri's ability to listen to us, make us laugh and help us find exactly what we wanted. We asked for a VW Sport Wagen with nothing fancy added and he didn't try to upsale us. The only thing he really thought was important was an electronic upgrade to the basic Sports Wagen, which was an additional $500 that we were'nt hoping to spend. However, in the end, we walked away feeling really great about our purchase. After returning home to downtown Toronto, we realized that we left our garage opener in our trade in car in Bramgate...Yikes! I felt stressed about the situation until Jiri made a joke over the phone and immediately sent our garage door opener through the mail at no cost.
